Developed in Japan, Konbu is a textile that immediately stands apart. While it has the familiar look of canvas, it offers a distinctly different tactile experience—a crisp, dry nylon with a natural crepe texture and a structured form that holds its shape. For this capsule, the adaptive organiser was constructed using a Konbu shell, pairing its lightweight structure and rich matte depth with the brand’s signature layout to create the CAP2, emphasising form, feel, and everyday utility.

- It’s Konbu - Developed in Japan, Konbu is a 100% recycled nylon textile inspired by the texture and character of seaweed. Using a proprietary process, each fiber is swollen and compressed to create a dense, structured fabric with a crisp, dry hand feel. Its uniform crepe texture gives it a refined and consistent character from day one.
- Structured texture, lighter weight - Konbu has a familiar, canvas-like presence but is constructed from lightweight nylon, resulting in weight savings compared to similar structured materials. It delivers a textile that holds its shape, maintains durability, and reduces expected bulk.
- 360° padded structure - A fully padded foam construction provides protection on all sides while maintaining structure. This allows the pouch to stand upright when open and helps safeguard sensitive gear.
- Intuitive organisation system - The interior features 10 pockets in various sizes for highly adaptable organisation. The layout supports a wide range of carry setups, from tech kits to travel essentials.
- Open access - An angled zipper design enables easy one-handed operation. When opened, the pouch stands upright and displays contents clearly for quick access.
