Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched each business day from our Melbourne and Sydney distribution facilities using Australia Post or GoPeople, depending on your location.

Place your order before 2 pm (AEST) on weekdays for same-day dispatch (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped the next business day. If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be dispatched once all items are available. Estimated arrival timeframes can be found in your order confirmation email.

In some cases, we may need to contact you to confirm important details before dispatch. If we’re unable to reach you, this may delay shipment of your order. We’ll always try to contact you via email and SMS before the daily shipping cutoff.

Australian Shipping

Standard: Free** for orders over $149 & $10 for orders less than that. Shipping takes 1-4 days to most major cities, excluding remote areas, via AusPost or GoPeople. Remote areas and WA, NT shipments will take longer, you can check on AusPost's site.

Priority: For $12, Priority shipping lets your order skip the queue, it’ll go out before Standard orders, right after Express. Your order will be shipped with AusPost or GoPeople. 

Express: $18 via Australia Post eParcel Express. eParcel Express is currently not overnight, it's simply AusPost's fastest option at the moment. Generally, you can expect Express orders to arrive within 1-2 business days if you are within the Express Post Network. Express post eta is not guaranteed.

**Should the order be returned, and the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
i.e. If your order total was $180 and you returned an item valued at $50, the refund amount would be $40. This is because the remaining order value is $130, which falls below the free shipping threshold.

Oversized Shipping Notice

Please note: Oversized items are not eligible for express shipping due to logistical constraints. A shipping fee, starting from $50, will apply to oversized items (e.g. suitcases etc.) when shipping to NT, WA, and Tasmania.

Safe Drop

A safe drop is when the courier leaves the parcel in a safe place. Unfortunately, "safe place" is pretty subjective and sometimes mail gets stolen (left on the doorstep) or has been left in the wheelie bin. That's not the experience we're about, so we have disabled safe drops on our shipments. 

Australia Post: If you're not at home to receive delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office. To avoid this, we recommend shipping to an address you will be at during the day, your workplace, or a PO Box. You can also have your parcel delivered to your preferred Parcel locker. Just indicate the Parcel locker address upon checkout. The post office will store parcels for up to 10 days, after which they will be returned to our warehouse.

GoPeople: If you're not at home to receive delivery, GoPeople will take your parcel to a Hubbed ParcelPoint location. Hubbed ParcelPoint locations will store parcels for up to 7 days, after which they will be returned to our warehouse.

New Zealand Shipping

Most items can ship to New Zealand (excluding The North Face, Patagonia, Peak Design). New Zealand shipping is a flat fee of $19 AUD regardless of weight.

International Shipping

All international destinations (excluding Australia and New Zealand) - shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, total weight and destination.

Customers in certain countries may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery. Please note that these charges are not covered by Rushfaster and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
