Crafted from precision machined and anodised aluminium, the Peak Design Car Mount ensures both beauty and durability. It mounts directly to your dash or console using a robust 3M VHB pad, providing a secure attachment that integrates seamlessly with your vehicle.
The mount features ultra-strong MagSafe-compatible magnets, part of the SlimLink mounting system, ensuring your phone stays securely in place even during dynamic driving conditions. Adjusting the viewing angle is effortless with a smooth-operating aluminium ballhead. Despite its compact footprint, the Car Mount allows for flexible phone placement without obstructing your view of the road.
Available in standard and wireless charging models, the charging variant incorporates a magnetic connection system that guarantees precise alignment of the charging coil every time. This ensures consistent and efficient charging without the inconvenience of unexpected battery drainage.
Note: Requires a Peak Design Case or Universal Adapter (sold separately). Also works with MagSafe phones and phone cases. Charging may not be possible or optimal when using the Universal Adapter. Best results when attached to flat, hard, non-porous, non-textured surfaces.

What’s the difference between Qi1 and Qi2?
- Qi2 certification allows enabled devices to charge at a blazing 15W.
- Qi2 also charges more efficiently and generates less heat.
- New Qi2 charging mounts also feature small aesthetic updates, backwards compatibility with all other PD mounts/cases, and a standard wireless charging output of 5W to non-Qi2 enabled phones.
- Qi2 Car Mount includes a USB-C charging cable and does not include a cigarette lighter adapter (sold separately).
