Designed with uniquely shaped baffles, the Apex™ structure suspends four layers of insulating Thermal Mirror™ film within the pad. This strategic configuration maximises warmth while keeping the weight as low as one pound, making it an ideal winter companion without adding unnecessary bulk. Additionally, the floating construction minimises crinkling noises, ensuring a quiet and restful night’s sleep for users and their camp partners. With 3.5 inches of stable cushioning, warmth, and soundless comfort, Tensor sets a new standard for backcountry sleep systems.
Enhanced durability comes from a 40D nylon bottom, providing improved puncture resistance and protection against rugged terrain. The 20D nylon top offers a soft and lightweight sleep surface, balancing comfort and portability. The Laylow™ valve has been refined to eliminate unnecessary components, significantly enhancing usability, particularly in cold conditions. Additionally, it remains fully compatible with the Vortex™ pump sack, allowing for quick inflation without introducing excess moisture into the pad.
