The Hornet OSMO is crafted using the ultralight variation of the OSMO suite of fabrics, offering three times less wet stretch and superior water repellency that remains effective—starting drier and staying drier than alternatives. Notably, the OSMO series eliminates forever chemicals and reduces carbon emissions while cutting unnecessary weight.
The Hornet OSMO maintains its streamlined profile through a minimal pole structure that enables a quick setup. This design works in tandem with a volumising Flybar and door clips to create generous internal space. Additionally, triangulated reflective guyouts and corner struts increase volume at the tent's foot and protect sleeping bags from condensation on the tent walls. New additions such as an overhead Nightlight Pocket, one-handed Gatekeeper tiebacks, and a rectangular Divvy Cube stuff sack further enhance convenience and creature comforts without adding extra ounces. With the Divvy Cube, the tent packs down small enough to fit in the bottom compartment of a backpack—even with a sleeping bag.
