• “The "next day delivery" option is a great idea. However when i picked that, the item did not come exactly on the next day. It came on the 2nd day. I had a flight to catch, luckily that the item was well received on time. On the other hand, i noticed there's a note on the parcel "no signature required. Leave the item anywhere safe at the premises. " - this is quite insecure. I was expecting to sign the parcel myself. The postman just left my parcel on the mailboxes of my block. Anyone could've collected mine and open it for themselves. I really hope you can send this feedback to aus post. Their service disappointed me. I would buy from you again if i am staying at home by myself with my own mailbox as the postage is so insecured to be received in a hostel or apartments. They should not simply put my parcel anywhere without informing me and they should've asked me to sign. I spent on my shipping fees; what if the item was collected by someone else? I was indoor those 2 days just to keep track on the delivery process but i had to go out to search for it myself after i noticed the item has been listed as "delivered". It's great that you have "next day delivery" option however it's so bad that the postman just simply left my parcel there. I did not make that note of "leave it anywhere safe at the premisses" - they should not simply put that note there when i did not leave any note like that before!. Hope you can improve on that.
