I received the iphone wallet i had to repurchase (8 days later mind you) 2 days before i received the ipad sleeve. Sorry, but it has to be said for your own internal review process and gap analysis of the whole customer experience. To understand where you should create added touchpoints along the customer journey experience - to put people at ease and keep them on your side - and keep them buying from you.
