The Tote is one of the newest designs from Acme Made. It brings together the
convenience and practicality of a tote with the unique design and protection
of an Acme Made bag.
In addition to its attractive styling The Tote incorporates a separate and fully padded computer pocket that fits most small and mid-sized laptops. The bag also features longer straps and compressible side gussets that allow the bag to be carried comfortably over a shoulder. A wide leather base allows the bag to stand upright for easy access and a zippered, internal pocket provides a secure location for additional accessories.
Currently, the Tote does not fit 17" laptops.

One normally expects a note the same day or next day on the status of their order. Even if its to say is on back order. You would then expect an update in a couple of days. You have made a false promise to get people to buy from and you can't fulfil that promise. This may not have been intended. However, even the $20 offer as an apology offered by your ceo hasn't come to fruition. Then... It took you an age to send the item you did have in stock - the bellroy ipad sleeve. I received the iphone wallet i had to repurchase (8 days later mind you) 2 days before i received the ipad sleeve. Sorry, but it has to be said for your own internal review process and gap analysis of the whole customer experience. To understand where you should create added touchpoints along the customer journey experience - to put people at ease and keep them on your side - and keep them buying from you. Best in the future for you.”
