“Disapointing. I pre-ordered a knomo bag and ordered a nth face bag and had to wait until the pre-ordered knomo was in stock even though nth face was ready to ship. At no point in the purchase process was i notified about this. I contacted rf to see when my stuff would arrive. I wasn't able to use my royalty points to get the nth face backpack to me "system wont let me" doesnt go down well with consumers online. Knomo bag was due to arrive i think on the 19th, day after i emailed to see if it was coming, was told this afternoon it would arrive and be shipped 3 days later i emailed, still hadnt been shipped. From the 19th it was listed as instock on the website but customer service told me it still hadnt arrived. I asked if the 90 day warranty would cover me from when the bag was delivered and was told not to worry cause i would still have plenty of time in the warranty left. I felt no love from rf throughout the purchase even tho customer service replied promptly. I've reccomended rf to many non internet buying types but would think twice after this.”

“I love your site and your prices however the delivery aspect of things could be improved. I would suggest you move to a courier company rather than australia post. The last dw watch i ordered to be delivered to my work arrived with our regular tubs of work mail. Ordinarily this would not be a problem except our work receives lots of "rts" parcels from our customer base. The returns we get are thrown into our 9m cubic haulaway bins. Hence the last parcel you guys sent me ended up in the haulaway bin! I instructed one of our guys to go looking for my parcel after a few days as i thought it should have arrived. Tracking on ap website showed nothing for the tracking number but i had a gut feeling something was wrong. From my last purchase i knew you were fast at dispatching so lucky we checked! I was going to contact you but that was more time wasted! I noticed the eparcel should have been signed for at this end but it was never delivered to anybody at my work in person just shoved in one of our returns tubs. Very unprofessional but not surprising. Please change to courier company for your deliveries.”
