“I actually happened to check some reviews of your website and there were some pretty negative ones but then i saw that you guys responded to the negative ones, saying that you guys would sort out any problems the people had. I really liked that and hence ordered from you guys, great product at a great price and it was delivered in no time. Very happy.”

“The first order i made was the incase icon. Firstly when receiving the aus post notfication that a delivery was on the way i noticed the incorrect address was on the notification. I emailed you guys & you updated to the correct address. When i received the incase icon and checked the bag it looked completely to what i had received.... It turns out you had the incorrect photos on your website, so i was confused when i received the bag as it was different from the photos on tour website. I spoke to matthew there who was helpful in organising a a return slip & also to arrange an exchange for another bag (apparently you dont normally do exchanges? , but he organsed regardless). So i received another aus post notification that the new bag was coming booq boa shift & noticied another incorrect address from aus post (again!?!?! ) so i just updated it again myself to have it delivered to work... Which still isnt here yet (i needed the bag for last weekend). All in all not great service i received apart from the quick emails i had back and forth with matthew & someone else there. I was going to order this bag from overseas but thought id keep my money in australia & sorry guys i prob wouldnt recommend ordering from you guys to a friend or colleague. Sorry for the bad review but it is what it is. Regards ryan.”
