  • “Just on the delivery. Its probably not your fault but i have my delivery address as the office address and i got an email to advise me that my parcel is available for collection at the post office. It was sent as a eparcel. So i went into the post office and got told off by the staff for putting down the office address as the delivery address when we do not have a box in the branch. And then got told too that the delivery guy comes in at 6am and if the office open at that time. I found that really bad of them. Our office opens from 7am but if its an office address, one would think that delivery times will be during office hours??”
