The Safari Mechanical Pencil uses 0.5mm leads, for fine to medium writing. Featuring an ultra-simple, push-button lead advance mechanism, plus a retracting lead sleeve, a replaceable eraser under the cap and an attached cleaning pin. The Safari, since 1980, is a classic Lamy design and remains one of the best-value ranges of quality pens around.

The classic LAMY Safari series was designed by Wolfgang Fabian. Composed of sturdy ABS plastic, the Safari range features a distinctive front section and a flexible clip of spring brass wire.
