  • “Better customer service than a retail store ? Now coming from a retail backround myself i understand the mindset of sales people, i'll rather be selling to someone than to solve an existing customers problem as it is easier and looks better at the end of the month. So i was rather impressed with the customer service provided as i actually spoke to someone who listened firstly rather than defend themselves/company and solved my problem without me having to be too inconvenienced. Now at a retail store i would have had to take the bag back into the store to have the problem fixed which would take probaly a second trip since most retail store work on $ per sqm(storage is expensive) no fault of the store but does make you think how customer service has changed. Rushfaster sent a courrier to pick up the problem bag in the morning about 11. 00am (courrier fee which i was happy to pay for as i said earlier did not have to be too inconvenienced) and received a new bag the following afternoon, now call me lucky or maybe this company is servicing the customer........ Try it for yourself maybe i'm just lucky.”
