the only thing that i didn\'t like was for me to call your office to check what is happening with my order. I was told i was a new customer and the account required verification. A sms was sent to the phone number which i never received. I think you should send an email requesting verification because that sms has not arrived till now. I think the biggest satisfaction in the order process is that as a customer, i know that i can return an item if for some reason i do not want. I ordered the 15\" taipan and the 15\" squeeze thinking if i do not like one, i will return that. However, a week after receiving the bags i do not feel like returning any one of them. I am yet to use the taipan messenger bag, i may return that but very unlikely. I haven\'t gone through the return and refund page so i can\'t really say much about it, i hope it works as per the promise. As a customer, i totally appreciate the fact that i am supposed to return an item in its original packaging with all the tags, etc
overall, i think rush faster is doing a splendid job. I wish rush faster considered diversifying into other it related peripheral items such as keyboards, mice, headphones, etc.”
