“Ease of ordering and prompt delivery was great. Also very much enjoyed my lollipop! Thank you.”
“Always an easy transaction. The colour of this bag is not quite what i expected (expected a more vibrant aqua) but i know it\'s hard to get the colour right in on-screen photos. Thanks.”
“Very impressed. Fast response and delivery. Excellent website and ordering process.”
“Easy to order online and good photos of the product.”
“I would have clicked maybe if their was an option. I pre-ordered a bag from you guys but once i paid for the bag i had zero emails letting me know the progress of my order. Maybe set up a simple customer journey from a) pre-order, to b) having the product. A simple one or two emails confirming my order and a progress journey would have been helpful. I had to email twice to see what was happening with my product.”
“It\'s just a great experience purchasing from you. The great product i bought and the speed and efficiency of the processing and delivery are first class.”
“Delivery of goods is on time.”
“The process for the bag was good, but as i ordered a wallet before hand (paid via ccard) when the bad order went through it cancelled my wallet order (which i paid for next day delivery). Called up a few days later to see what happened and we found out, had to reorder the wallet. Bloke i spoke to at your office was helpful once we realised the issue but working it out wasnt easy. A mixed first experience and not one i\'d recommend, you really need to fix your systems.”
