“Unfortunately i was sent the wrong item. It didnt have the laptop pocket (which was my primary purpose for buying it), nor did it have the water bottle pockets on the sides. Additionally it seems it may have also been the wrong colour as it was a dark chocolate brown while images i have seen of the bag in advertising much more closely resembled the coyote brown image on your website. The colour wasnt a big issue at all and had the other features been included i would have kept the bag and been happy with it, but without the laptop pocket the bag was pretty much useless to me in the capacity i had in mind for it. Ive already sent the bag back, been contacted by you guys to apologise and i believe that the refund process has started. I bear you guys no ill will and wont be ragging on you to other people or anything, but i did end up getting the correct bag from another source as i didnt want to re-order through you guys only to get the wrong item again, plus you were out of stock anyway. Thanks for getting on the refund so quickly.”
