“Your communication with customers could be improved. I purchased this product using a code emailed to me, however it appears the code expired between me clicking "submit" and the payment going through - when i confirmed the order the discounted price was displayed and that was what i was confirming, but on the invoice emailed to me (and on my credit card transaction list), the full price was charged. I immediately emailed to cancel my order as the wrong price had been charged. I note that it was also difficult to find an address to email you on, so i had to use the online form. I also saw (from having to dig around your website) the suggestion to call instead of email, however, this was not helpful as it was late at night and the order shipped first thing in the morning est - i am in wa (well done though for prompt order processing). However, my disappointment is that i subsequently received no communication from rushfaster in response to my email (other than the automated acknowledgement). I assume this was because i was able to simply return the item under your returns policy - which is what i did as a result. In my view, rushfaster should have at least had the courtesy to respond to my email, apologise for the billing issue (i appreciate it was likely a system issue due to the timing of my order, rather than something you did wrong, but it costs nothing to keep the customer on side) and pointed out that i could either return the item or offered to refund me the difference (between the discounted price i had confirmed and the price i was erroneously charged). Not only would this had resulted in a better buying experience for a customer, but i would have accepted a price adjustment and not returned the item (which has cost me money in postage). Accordingly, you lost a sale as a result and i am not inclined to make any future purchases from you. I have now purchased this item from a different vendor. The returned item (auspost tracking no r643428022496011) is due for delivery today. I trust rushfaster will process my refund promptly. Thank you.”
