I would have liked there to have been an option to leave the parcel "in a safe area" with the 2nd bag delivery, though- I wasn't able to alter it on the postal website and finding time to get the post office when you work full time is tricky (and counter-productive to having it shipped express!).   • I'm afraid your service was pretty poor. But you are aware of it. I had no correspondence for over 7 days. This is unheard of. One normally expects a note the same day or next day on the status of their order. Even if its to say is on back order. You would then expect an update in a couple of days. Its very concerning when someone take your money and doesn't say anything. You also could not fulfil the complete order. Even though the item you said was discontinued (?) was available all over the internet - including from Macaddict and Bellroy. And still is mind you. I don't think its discontinued. I think your move to another warehouse wasn't prepared properly and you just couldn't source things at all. I had to repurchase the iPhone wallet from another store at 20% more of the price I was getting it from you - you had a promotion specifically for this purpose. You have made a false promise to get people to buy from and you can't fulfil that promise. This may not have been intended. However, even the $20 offer as an apology offered by your CEO hasn't come to fruition. Then... it took you an age to send the item you did have in stock - the Bellroy iPad sleeve. I received the iPhone wallet I had to repurchase (8 days later mind you) 2 days BEFORE I received the iPad sleeve. Sorry, but it has to be said for your own internal review process and gap analysis of the whole customer experience. To understand where you should create added touchpoints along the customer journey experience - to put people at ease and keep them on your side - and keep them buying from you. Best in the future for you.

  • Had a terrible experience when ordering 3 NorthFace suitcases, amongst other items & them not being sent out for a very long time. I was concerned we would not get them in time for our trip. I had spent decent dollars & was not wanting to have to go thru a refund & purchase something else process. After calling & speaking with Nith he reassured he would get them out to me ASAP & followed up with amazing customer service to make sure I had my product & was happy.   • Delayed delivery times due to a 'warehouse move' meant a birthday present for my husband arrived 10 days after ordering. As moving premises is a foreseeable problematic time for a company, there should have been mych greater transparency on their website to inform customers of possible delays so they could make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with the purchase. After calling, I was told that once my order was proceeded at their end, they would upgrade the delivery of my item to express. They did not. It arrived a full week after the item had supposedly 'left' their new warehouse. Though the item came as expected in excellent condition, there were a series of problems that suggest thus company is more unreliable, or at least, disorganised, than the website suggests.

  • Not sure that I would. I expected a prompt delivery as promoted on your website however it took nearly 3 weeks to receive the wallet. I know you said it was due to moving warehouse but really you should have processes in place to continue usual business practice or else apologise IN ADVANCE that delivery is likely to be delayed. I kept being told it would ship the next day, then the next day, then the next day... in the end I gave up following up as I was not getting truthful answers. When I received the product it was quite dusty and almost looked like a second hand product. I had to wipe it all down before giving it as a gift. In all happy with the actual product but just not the buying process.

  • The free shipping on most products is awesome. But I’d love to see more variety in smaller gift ideas, you know the stocking filler type thing in the $10-50 budget. Your variety in the higher prices ranges is phenomenal but they aren’t impulse purchases 😉 Also, my experience was let down due to the communication surrounding the recent delays in shipping, I was informed of a credit being applied to my account, which never happened, and when I inquired I was informed I would be contacted the next day, which hasn’t happened. These two things cause me to hesitate about using rushfaster again. Customer service is key! Not just quality products and free shipping
