Discounts

Do you price match other retailers?

Yes, we certainly do price match other retailers. The easiest way to help us price match for you is to use our online form. Just click the "Price match" option, which is just above the big red "Add To Cart" button on every product page.

Note that:

  • Products must be identical
  • Proof of competitor's price is required
  • Our competitor must have the product currently in stock
  • Our competitor's price must be better than ours inclusive of shipping. And shipping must be comparable to Rushfaster's standard 3-day shipping. For example, we can't approve a price match if you compare the cost of our standard 3-day shipping to, for example, a competitor's cost for 2-week shipping.

We'll always try our best to offer price matching. However, if a claim takes the product below our cost price, we can give you the cheapest possible price without going below our cost price.

Environmental Concerns

Does Rushfaster act in an environmentally conscious way?

Yes. Whenever we make a decision we always consider the impact it will have on the environment. Our commitment to minimising our environmental impact is reflected in the way we reduce, reuse and recycle materials throughout our work.

  • Products: We only sell quality products that are designed to last the test of time. We don't stock products that simply become landfill after a few months.
  • Packaging: Orders requiring boxes are shipped in used boxes to increase the use of the box before it gets recycled by you (reuse). We don't buy foam beads but will happily reuse these where possible (reuse). Tax invoices are emailed rather than printed (reduce).
  • Operations: We recycle all cardboard and paper, cans and bottles as well as soft plastics (soft plastics are any plastic that can be scrunched or stretched). We turn off all our lights and computers at night.
  • Future: We are looking for alternatives to plastic shipping bags, however this is largely dependent on our shipping provider. We're also looking into the feasibility of installing solar panels for our office

International Orders

We plan on opening up international shipping soon. However, we currently only ship within Australia. Please join our email list if you're outside of Australia and interested in shopping with us.

Large Orders

I want to place a bulk order, can you accommodate large quantities?

Yes. We can provide most of the bag on our site in bulk quantities. Please contact us for more information.

I need embroidery on my bag, what are my options?

We don't currently offer embroidery however lots of companies use our products for promotions. They simply purchase the items from us and have it shipped to an embroiderer to do their bit.

Ordering

Do you have a store?

No, we don't have a physical store. If you are having trouble making up your mind, you can order a few items to see them in real life and then simply send back the items you don't want and get your money back.

Our range of products is unique and most products are not available at any other stores.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Your credit card details are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption. We use eWay, a respected Australian credit card processing company to charge your card. Rushfaster does not store your credit card information.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes.

Can I cancel an order? How?

Yes you can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped out. To cancel your order immediately please call us. Orders are processed very quickly, so to avoid your order being shipped prior to your cancellation, we recommend that you call us instead of emailing us.

If you order has already been shipped out, don't worry, you can still return it for a refund. We're good to our customers.

Are your stock levels correct?

Our stock levels are 99.99% correct, so you can be sure that your order will go through. However on the off chance that the product you ordered is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know... please be gentle with us.

How do your pre-orders work?

If a product is not in stock but we know it will be available again soon, it may say "pre-order" on the website. You can order it and we'll ship it as soon as it is back in stock, usually 7-10 business days. If you have ordered other items with your pre-order we will ship your entire order once all of the items have been restocked. If you want the non-pre-order items to arrive first, just make two separate orders.

You might also see a “Let Me Know” option if a product is not yet available for pre-order. Just fill in your email address and we’ll let you know when the product is back in stock.

What currency are your prices?

All prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% goods and service tax (GST).

Will tax be added to my order?

As your order is being shipped within Australia, then all the prices shown already include the goods and services tax (GST).

How safe is my personal information?

Your personal details are very safe with us. We promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else. You are our customers and we want to keep you all to ourselves. It's also unethical to give away your personal details, so we would never do that. Here's our full privacy policy

Do you store my credit card details?

No, we do not store credit card information. We don't even get to see your credit card details if you place your order over the internet on our secure webstore.

Can I return stuff if I don't like it when I get it?

Yes, you can return anything you buy from us anytime up to 100 days from purchase and you don't even need a reason for it. Of course it has to be in brand new condition. See full return policy.

Why is my cart empty even though I've added items?

The Rushfaster shopping cart might not be working on your browser because you do not have 'cookies' enabled. Try going to your browser settings and enabling your cookies or at least relax the cookie security setting down one notch.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal. Please do not pay via PayPal eCheque as this slows the order process by 5 days. Standard PayPal payments are immediate.

What happens if you can't fulfil my order?

In the very unlikely event that we can't send you your order we will notify you straight away and refund your money in full. It's hardly ever happened, relax you're in safe hands.

Do your brands carry full Australian warranties?

Yes. Rushfaster sells only respected name-brand items from authorised distributors and the brands themselves. The warranty policy for each product will depend on the brand and is listed in the product detail section of the product page.

How do I lodge a warranty claim with Rushfaster?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or other issue covered by the particular manufacturer’s warranty, please email us including a description and photos of the problem. We can then work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue for you. Please be aware that all warranty claims are subject to the policies of each individual manufacturer.

Do you have products in stock?

Yes. In order to process your order faster than anyone else we hold stock in our Sydney warehouse where your order is dispatched. If a product is not in stock but we know it is available again soon, it may say 'pre order' on the website and you can still order and we'll ship it as soon as it is back in stock, usually 7-10 business days. Otherwise, you can put yourself on the waiting list so that you'll be the first to know when it's back.

What is the quality like?

We only like bags that are of good quality and that are well designed. So by default all the bags you see on Rushfaster are excellent quality. You can get poor quality bags everywhere else, so you won't find them here.

Where else can I buy your bags?

We specialise in bags you won't find on everyone else. For this reason, it's usually pretty hard to find our products in other stores. The good thing is we ship Australia-wide and you'll receive your order within 1-4 days.

Yes. If you're looking for a bag from a brand that is currently stocked at Rushfaster, we can usually get the bag in for you. Send us an email with all the details and we'll do our best to help you. Will my laptop fit in this laptop bag?

Please visit our laptop bag finder. If you enter your laptop model (or laptop dimensions) you can search for all the bags that fit your laptop. If you're looking at a particular bag, simply enter your laptop model on the product page to see if it will fit.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Rushfaster has one of the best return policies in the online and offline retail industry. You can return your purchase to Rushfaster within 100 days from purchase for a refund, replacement or exchange. Of course there are terms and conditions so you should see our returns information page for all the information.

How do I return an order?

Returns are easy at Rushfaster. A pre-printed return form & sticky return shipping label is included with every order. To return any order simply write on the return form why you are returning the item, peel off the shipping address sticker and put it on the repackaged item. For more detailed information please see our returns policy.

What happens if a product is faulty?

Faulty on arrival: If you receive an item that is in some way faulty on arrival you can choose to have it replaced or refunded. We will cover all the shipping expenses to return the item to us (within Australia only). To make this process smooth and successful, we recommend you contact us within seven days of receiving the item and before you send it to us. That way, we can send you a slip that will cover the shipping (we usually send these by email).

You want to make a warranty claim: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or other issue covered by the particular manufacturer’s warranty, please email us including a description and photos of the problem. If your order is shipped within Australia, you should receive it within 2-7 working days depending on the service you selected.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order before 11am on a business day and we can confirm that it has been paid for in full, it will ship out on the same day. If you place your order after 11am on a business day or during a weekend or public holiday, your order will ship out the next business day. If your order contains an item on pre-order we will ship your entire order once all of the items have been restocked, usually within 7-10 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $9.95. If your order is under $50, shipping is $4.95. If your order contains at least 1 item marked 'free shipping' then your whole order will ship for free.

Can I use an additional discount coupon on an item with 'free shipping' offer on it?

Yes, however the 'free shipping' option will be removed from your order as you may only use one offer per purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched we will have a tracking number for the order. The tracking number is sent to you via email along with instructions on how to track the order.
