The Roost

The Roost was conceived through a Kickstarter campaign that was launched back in June 2013. Connecting with over 2,400 people who were looking to improve their relationship with their laptop, The Roost managed to raise nearly $200,000 within 30 days on top of a $9,300 target. The Roost is manufactured using high-precision industrial capabilities common to the aerospace, medical, and defence industries. Including laser cutting and depth-etching, thin layered carbon fibre riveting, Mil-Spec ceramic coatings, and Type-III hard anodising.
