Shipping.

Australian shipping

We ship up to 10 items to any destination in Australia for a flat rate (see below). Bulk orders with more than 10 items have variable shipping rates depending on the size of the shipment.

Sydney pickup

• Place your order online and choose pickup as the shipping option.
• Pickup is from our office - address & opening hours
• We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up, this is usually within 24hrs. If you need it sooner, please call us.

Fast Delivery

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping. Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.
• Signature on delivery may be required (does not have to be purchaser).
• If no one is available to sign for the parcel a collection card is left in your postbox and the parcel is taken to the post office for pickup.
• * Courier orders sent to a business address are fully trackable online. If you ship to a residential address you will be given a registered post number which provides proof of delivery and limited tracking.

Express Courier

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping. Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.
• Service does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If PO Boxes are requested we will ship via Express Post where possible or request another address. This may delay shipping.
• Door to door service.
• Signature on delivery required (does not have to be purchaser).
• If no one is available to sign for the parcel you will have to follow up with the courier for redelivery.

Overnight Courier

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping. Residential addresses will always ship via Express Post which may not be overnight depending on your location.
• Service does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If PO Boxes are requested we will ship via Express Post where possible or request another address. This may delay shipping.
• Capital cities only.
• Orders must be in before 3pm for delivery on the next business day.
• Door to door service.
• Signature on delivery required (does not have to be purchaser).
• If no one is available to sign for the parcel you will have to follow up with the courier for re-delivery.

New Zealand Shipping

Shipping costs are based on weight and are caluculated during the checkout.

International Courier

• You do not pay Australian tax on your order - so you get 10% off the price of your order.
• Duties may be payable upon entry to New Zealand, these are out of our control.
• Delivery address can not be a post office box.
• Full door-to-door courier with tracking number.

International Registered Air Mail

• You do not pay Australian tax on your order - so you get 10% off the price of your order.
• Duties may be payable upon entry to your country, these are out of our control.
• Delivery address can be a post office box.
• *Proof of delivery provided.
