Our 100 Day Easy Return Policy
Returns are easy at Rushfaster. A pre-printed return form & sticky return shipping label is included with every order. To return any order simply write on the return form why you are returning the item, peel off the shipping address sticker and put it on the repackaged item.

Products purchased from rushfaster.com.au come with a 100 Day Easy Return Policy. If the bag you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 100 days from the date of purchase. All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a $10.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without original swing tags attached or with removed or damaged external original packaging. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. The 100 Day Easy Return Policy is not applicable to bulk orders (orders greater than 10 products). Specific guarantees will be stated at the time of enquiry for bulk orders. |
All exchanges are processed just like a change of mind return. If you would like to exchange for a different bag please place a new order for your new bag of choice and return the previous ordered bag to Rushfaster for a refund. |
When You Receive Your OrderWe try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact Rushfaster and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense. Warranty Issues Over TimeAll warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to Rushfaster for resolution without prior authority, however you may contact Rushfaster for assistance. If we handle the warranty issue for a particular brand postage to or from Rushfaster is at your expense. Alternatively you can drop off and pick up from our warehouse. |
