Change of Mind Returns

Products purchased from rushfaster.com.au come with a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If the bag you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 90 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a $10.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without original swing tags, missing bag componentry, removed or damaged external original packaging.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

The 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to bulk orders (orders greater than 10 products). Specific guarantees will be stated at the time of enquiry for bulk orders.

Exchanges

All exchanges are to be processed as a change of mind return. If you would like to exchange for a different bag please place a new order for your new bag of choice and return the previous ordered bag to Rushfaster for a refund.

Warranty Based Returns

When You Receive Your Order

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact Rushfaster and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.

Warranty Issues Over Time

All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to Rushfaster for resolution, however you may contact Rushfaster for assistance.
