• Great durable and comfortable backpacks can exist! I'm so glad I spent a little extra to get this backpack. Northface have a pretty good reputation for the durability of their products, but on top of this I'm so super impressed by how comfortable this back pack is! I only have two small complaints. (1) The bag is a little narrow from the shoulder straps where they connect to the top of the bag - I have to have the straps adjusted exactly otherwise it chafes my neck (though this is likely because I have broad shoulders and a thicker than usual trapezius muscle for girl!) (2) The straps seem to slip quite easily and don't lock well to a certain length - they're fine while walking or throwing the bag over your shoulder, but as I bought this bag specifically so I could run to/from work it's frustrating that I have to stop and adjust the straps periodically. Other than that it's great and I'm loving it!
