Sarah This is a great size bag for work, it holds paperwork, book, jacket, lunch, water bottle and still zips up nicely. The straps aren't really long enough to carry on the shoulder, but it's not really designed for that obviously. The bag is nicely made and extremly good value for money. I'm very happy with this purchase.
