Joanne I was looking for a backpack for my Year 12 daughter. The ones I have previously bought were from surf shops (roxy, billabong) they wore out quickly and didn't give enough support when carrying heavy books. However when we received the college 40 Xtend 17" Laptop Backpack we were very impressed with the quality, the size and the extra support given. Pasquale The college 40 laptop bag I purchased was well made with excellent zips and seems to be durable enough however this bag could do with more padding at the base and perhaps hard pads to better protect the laptop when it is placed on the ground. This is not a criticism but a way of making a great bag even better.

Jake Good bag, a bit bigger than i thought it would be but that's fine. It has heeeeeaps of padding in the shoulder straps and lower back area, which is great for the big laptops that weigh a bagillion kilos. You can carry a heap in this thing, i plan to use it as a travel bag so i only have to take carry on luggage. Go buy!
Adam I purchased the Caribee College 40 Xtend 17" Laptop Backpack based upon my nearly 10 (Oh bugger, it's more now - leave me alone, I'm getting old you bastards!) years of satisfaction from my first Caribee backpack (which I still have and love and would use, had I not made the mistake of buying a 17" *Laptop*). The old *Action Back System* bag continues to be the most comfortable, dependable, flexible, adaptable and need I say, durable backpack that I have ever carried. When I went looking for a backpack that could house my overrated 17" *Computer*, the first place I went looking was Caribee. What I wanted was my old (err, existing, because to look at it, you wouldn't call it 'old') Caribee modified to carry a 17" laptop. Enter the Caribee College 40 Xtend 17" Laptop Backpack. Wow, apart from the extortionate price (which was, hold on, lemme find the receipt, ... holy crap! It was only *that* much?), it is exactly what I wanted. Needless to say I am hugely impressed by this backpack. Ask me in another ten years if I still like it as much as the old bag.

Robert This bag has to be one of the best ive ever used. its probably the best used for people who are travelling to and from work, uni or whatever, because of its great lumbar support with waist and chest straps its as light as afeather when your carring a fat toshiba 17" or a macbook pro 17". Michael This backpack is great, not too big and certainly not too small, it easily fitted my laptop and Uni materials for Residential School. Comfortable on the shoulders with a nice padded laptop section, it's a bargain.
Daryl Top quality backpack that in the short period I've had it has proved most suitable for my purposes, that of a general use, large weekend/daypack. I've yet to use it for carrying my laptop which will be only occasionally but the internal pocket is ideal for the purpose. If I have a quibble, it's that the back support reduces the available space a bit but it is easily removed. Great versatility, fantastic value at the price and as already mentioned, excellent quality.

Katherine Rather larger than I expected, fits heaps of stuff in it, with lots of separate pockets. The backpack has lots of padding and good supports, comfortable to wear. All round, an excellent buy.
JO The Xtend 17" laptop backpack is a large pack that accomodates your laptop and accessories and there is still enough room for the essentials needed for a long haul flight, in fact it is huge but perfect for a businessman.

dean Fantastic. Awesome bag. Great for when i ride my treadly home after work. Almost exactly what i wanted, it fits my laptop but there is some stuff on it i don't need but overall its a killer bag. People should buy it.
