Customer Experience / Sales Assistant

We're currently looking for a Customer Experience Ninja. We're looking for someone who loves creating amazing experiences for customers. Someone who is passionate about helping people. If you love customers and love helping them choose the right products, sorting out any problems they may be having and generally help make things run smoothly for them, then we want you.

You'll be responsible for:

• Talking, emailing, chatting, tweeting and facebooking with our customers to help them with anything they need
• Managing our order queues to ensure people get their orders in time with minimal fuss
• Providing product advice and helping customers find the right product and complimentary products
• Informing customers of our policies and helping them connect with us on facebook, twitter, email
• Coming up with ideas on how to improve what we do (and help implement them)

Front End Web Developer

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the web and loves building stunningly beautiful, standards complaint HTML/CSS websites. You'll need to have an eye for creating pages that look great yet are useable and convert visitors to customers.

You'll be responsible for:

• Front-end web development in HTML/5, CSS3
• Website design in Photoshop
• Production of website promotional images/mini-sites and emails in Photoshop
• Maintaining of the look, feel and quality of our 4 websites
