Environmental Concerns- Does Rushfaster act in an environmentally conscious way?
Answer: Yes. Whenever we make a decision we always consider the impact it will have on the environment. Here are some decisions we've made that help reduce waste:
- Product packaging for shipping is kept to a minimum and is usually paper or cardboard over plastic alternatives
- We don't buy foam beads, packaged air or bubble wrap but will happily re-use these where possible
- Orders requiring boxes are usually shipped in used boxes to increase the use of the box before it gets recycled
- We don't sell products that fall apart easily because it is an irresponsible use of resources and causes land-fill
- We turn all of our lights and computers off at night

International Orders- Will I be charged Australian GST tax?
Answer: All prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% goods and service tax (GST). Orders shipping outside of Australia do not get charged GST, so it's about 10% cheaper for you lucky people.  - Will I be charged tax in my country?
Answer: Every country is different. Some charge tax or duties for orders over a certain value. It's totally up to you to check what happens in your country. Australians are charged a 10% goods & services tax (GST) which is inclusive in the prices you see on our website. If you are shipping your order outside of Australia, the 10% GST will be removed from your prices.  - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: Yes, all orders are shipped via international courier. We'll email you your tracking number when your order ships.

Large OrdersOrdering- Do you have a store?
Answer: No, at this time we don't have a store. If you are having trouble making up your mind, you can order a few items to see them in real life and then simply send back the items you don't want and get your money back.
Our range of products is unique and most products are not available at any other stores.  - Is your website secure?
Answer: Yes. Your credit card details are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption. We use Verisign, a respected multinational credit card processing company to charge your card. Rushfaster does not store your credit card information.

If you order has already been shipped out, don't worry, you can still return it for a refund. We're good to our customers.  - Are your stock levels correct?
Answer: Our stock levels are 99.9999999% correct, so you can be sure that your order will go through. However on the off chance that the product you ordered is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know... please be gentle with us.  - Can I pick up my order?

Answer: If a product is not in stock we generally do not accept orders for it. The good news is that it is likely to come back in stock very soon and you can put your name on the waiting list for it so that you'll be the first to know when it comes back in stock. Answer: We only sell bags that we have in stock, this way, once you order we ship your bag out straight away. Orders generally arrive within 1-3 days from ordering in either Australia or New Zealand.  - How safe is my personal information?
Answer: Your personal details are very safe with us. We promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else. You are our customers and we want to keep you all to ourselves. Answer: No, we do not store credit card information. We don't even get to see your credit card details if you place your order over the internet on our secure webstore.  - Can I return stuff if I don't like it when I get it?
Answer: Yes, you can return anything you buy from us anytime up to 90 days from purchase and you don't even need a reason for it. Of course it has to be in brand new condition. See full return policy.  - Why is my cart empty even though I've added items?

Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Direct Deposit. 
Products- Do your brands carry full Australian warranties?
Answer: Yes. Rushfaster sells only respected name-brand items from authorised distributors and the brands themselves. The warranty policy for each product will depend on the brand and is listed in the product detail section of the product page.  - Do you have products in stock?
Answer: Yes. In order to process your order faster than anyone else we hold stock in our Sydney warehouse where your order is dispatched. If a product is not in stock, it will say 'back soon' on the website and you won't be able to order it until it is back in stock. But the good news is that you can put yourself on the waiting list so that you'll be the first to know when it's back.  - What is the quality like?
Answer: We only like bags that are of good quality and that are well designed. So by default all the bags you see on Rushfaster are excellent quality. You can get poor quality bags everywhere else, so you won't find them here.  - What does 'back soon' mean?
Answer: When a product is 'back soon' it is currently out of stock and we're expecting more stock soon. If you need the bag straight away, we usually have alternative colours or similar styles that you can choose from. Simply give us a call for assistance on 1800 065 665 ( Contact info).

Answer: We specialise in bags you won't find on everyone else. For this reason, it's usually pretty hard to find our products in other stores. The good thing is we ship Australia-wide and you'll receive your order within 1-3 days.

 - Will my laptop fit in this laptop bag?
Answer: Please visit our laptop bag finder. If you enter your laptop model (or laptop dimensions) you can search for all the bags that fit your laptop. If you're looking at a particular bag, simply enter your laptop model on the product page to see if it will fit.

Returns- What is your return policy?
Answer: Rushfaster has one of the best return policies in the online and offline retail industry. You can return your purchase to Rushfaster within 90 days from purchase for a refund, replacement or exchange. Of course there are terms and conditions so you should see our returns information page for all the information.  - How do I return an order?
Answer: Returns are easy. To return an item simply fill in a simple form and send the item back to us via the post or courier. For more detailed information please see our returns policy.
 - What happens if a product is faulty?
Answer: If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty we will cover all shipping expenses to provide you with a new bag and pickup the replacement bag. Don't worry, this hardly ever happens, but if it does we'll look after you.

Shipping- How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: If your order is shipped within Australia, you should receive it within 1-3 working days depending on the service you selected.
Orders going to New Zealand should take about 5 business days.
Orders going to other international destinations will vary between 5 to 10 business days.

Answer: If you place your order before 3pm on a business day and we can confirm that it has been paid for in full, it will ship out on the same day. If you place your order after 3pm on a business day or during a weekend or public holiday, your order will ship out the next business day.

Answer: Your item will generally ship from our Sydney warehouse. Some items may ship from Melbourne.  - How much is shipping?
Answer: The shipping fees will vary depending on the service you choose for delivery and the destination.
