Do you have a shop?
No, we do not operate a physical shop so you can't actually browse products at our Marrickville office. You can, however, order online and choose pickup.
If you are having trouble making up your mind, you can order a few items to see them in real life and then simply send back the items you don't want and get your money back.
Where can I find your bags in stores?
Rushfaster is a retailer, just like a normal store (but more awesome!). Our range of products is unique and most products are not available at any other stores. We recommend ordering online for fast delivery almost anywhere in the world.
Will my laptop fit?
Please visit our laptop bag finder. If you enter your laptop model (or laptop dimensions) you can search for all the bags that fit your laptop. If you're looking at a particular bag, simply enter your laptop model on the product page to see if it will fit. If your laptop isn't listed please measure your laptop and compare it's dimensions to the laptop compartment dimensions listed on every product page.
Did you receive my return?
Returns are processed every Tuesday. Please allow 6 business days for notification of your refund.
Can I use my points over the phone?
You can only use your points when you order online.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Sure! Our return policy lets you send your order back to us for a refund within 90 days if you change your mind. Read More
How do I arrange a warranty replacement or repair?
If you have a Booq, Acme Made or All The King's Men warranty issue, please email digital images of the issue to returns@ rushfaster.com.au. Otherwise give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.
